Personalized Ziloda items are made to order, so they cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged or incorrect orders

We offer a refund or replacement when an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the item ordered. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Personalization and buyer changes

We do not accept returns for buyer typos, incorrect selections, or a change of mind unless the product is also defective.
